Actemra “Project One”
When competition was heating up among RA monotherapy drugs, Genentech needed to focus their sales force for Actemra. The solution: Project ONE. An internal campaign empowering each sales person to become a “special agent” with ONE critical mission: tell ONE cohesive story of efficacy backed by rapid response, safety and access. The project included event collateral, displays, sales kits, and a “special agent” video presentation.
